You will continue to be in the driver’s seat and will be in control of your focused goal setting and where you are going.

We can set up a time to look at your current schedule and where you may have some gaps. As you add incremental and sustainable changes to your life and you experience positive changes, you will see the time that you carve out for yourself will pay you back in dividends in other areas of your life.

Coaching can be done at PalmLeaf Wellness & Wellness Clinic in Buffalo Grove or Telehealth conference. This may include activities on location coaching arrangements.
